    Description

    KELLER is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team, someone with a strong drive and clear goals. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our industry.

    The primary focus of this role involves understanding our client servicing procedures for our current base of 2,000 businesses, as well as establishing connections to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a small team to carry out these tasks effectively.

    As you become adept at mastering the required skills using our established systems and processes, you will gradually transition into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary (averaging $70,000-$85,000 in the first year).




    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and support existing client relationships.
    • Identify and pursue new business prospects (B2B).
    • Supervise and track team performance and outcomes.
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members regarding existing protocols.
    • Regularly update field activities using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus on daily recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.

    • Strong organizational capabilities and keen attention to specifics.
    • Effective time management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
    • Proven ability in supervision and leadership.
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and assign when necessary.
    • Adaptability in high-pressure work environments.
    • Passion for assisting individuals and fostering connections.
    • Experienced in sales or customer service.
    • Self-driven and target-oriented.
    • Community engagement inclination.
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background check and access to personal transportation.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression.
