    Description

    KELLER is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with genuine passion and a clear sense of purpose. With a history spanning 120 years, we stand at the forefront of our industry.

    The primary focus of this role will involve mastering our established processes to cater to our existing roster of 2,000 business clients, while also nurturing relationships to acquire new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team to carry out these tasks.

    As you become adept at training and guiding your team, you will gradually transition into the role of Agency Director, equipped with the necessary expertise in utilizing our systems and processes effectively.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.




    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and support the existing client base.
    • Explore new business prospects within the B2B sector.
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results.
    • Provide training and mentorship to incoming team members on our existing systems.
    • Submit daily reports on field activities utilizing a Salesforce-based CRM system.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.

    Strong leadership and supervisory skills.·Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively when required.·Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure setting.·Genuine dedication to assisting individuals and fostering connections.·Outstanding time management and organizational proficiencies.·Prior experience in sales or customer service.·Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.·Community engagement mindset.·Familiarity with CRMs, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Must possess a clean background check and reliable transportation.
    • Mandatory 45-day evaluation period before progression.
