    Description

    KELLER is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team who is driven by passion and purpose. With a legacy spanning over a century, we are pioneers in the industry.

    The primary responsibilities of this role include mastering our client servicing processes for our existing base of 2,000 businesses, cultivating relationships to onboard new clients through referrals and leads, and guiding a small team to achieve these objectives.

    As you excel in training and mentoring your team, you will progress into the role of Agency Director, mastering essential skills utilizing our established systems and processes. This position offers competitive weekly compensation with an average yearly income ranging from $70,000 to $85,000.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the existing client portfolio effectively.
    • Identify new business prospects in the B2B sector.
    • Supervise team activities and monitor performance.
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on current systems.
    • Regularly report field activities using the Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and fostering leadership skills.

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.

    Strong leadership and supervisory aptitude. Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately. Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment. Dedication to assisting others and building strong relationships. Proficiency in time management, organization, sales, or customer service. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Community engagement is desired. Familiarity with CRMs, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.

    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Must possess a clean background and have reliable transportation.
    • Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before progression.
