    Description

    KELLER is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team who is driven by passion and purpose. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in our field.

    The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the needs of our existing client base of 2,000 businesses, fostering relationships to acquire new clients through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to carry out these tasks.

    As you become proficient in our processes and systems, you will progress into the role of Agency Director, providing training and guidance to your team.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.




    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide service to current clients.
    • Identify new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
    • Supervise team activities and monitor performance.
    • Train new team members on existing systems.
    • Submit daily field reports using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.
    • Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
    • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.


    Superb supervisory and leadership abilities.·Prioritization and delegation skills.·Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.·Passionate about aiding others and building connections.·Exceptional time management and organization.·Previous sales or customer service experience.·Self-motivated and goal-driven.·Community involvement mindset.·Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Salesforce).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
    • Clear background and personal transportation are essential.
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period for advancement.
