    Elliott Bay Automotive is a dynamic and innovative automotive dealership dedicated to supplying the Seattle Metro with off-road vehicles. With a commitment to quality and performance, we're shaping the future of off-road transportation.


    As the Service Manager at Elliott Bay, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers by leading our service operations with excellence.

    You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of after-sales service, including service center management, customer support, warranty management, and service quality assurance.

    Service Manager Job Responsibilities


    • Lead and manage the service department, including service advisors, technicians, and administrative staff.
    • Develop and implement service strategies to optimize customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
    • Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
    • Manage warranty claims and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address product issues and improve reliability.
    • Establish and maintain service performance metrics to track and improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of service personnel.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote service offerings and drive revenue growth.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.

    Qualifications

    Service Manager Qualifications


    • Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably in the off-road vehicle segment.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Solid understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
    • Experience with warranty management and quality assurance processes.
    • Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.

    Corporate Hiring Requirements:

    Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen - THC not included in the screening.
