    We are seeking a Market Development Manager to join our Sales Operations team. Your role will be to expand our current offerings to our established customer base to increase weekly recurring revenue.

    This role is perfect for those who excel in sales, are capable of performing high-frequency customer interactions, and possess a keen insight into market trends.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals by promoting additional services and products to existing customers.
    Conduct at least 50 in-person customer visits per week based on a pre-defined list.
    Maintain robust communication with both your team and supervisors to optimize sales strategies.
    Provide expert knowledge and support concerning all Cozzini programs.
    Ensure meticulous use of our sales tracking software to monitor and manage sales activities.

    Requirements:

    Required Qualifications
    :

    2-4 years of sales experience, ideally within the commercial kitchen or hospitality industry.
    Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
    Relevant post-secondary education in a business-related field is preferred.
    Must hold a valid driver's license and pass a pre-employment background and motor vehicle records check.
    Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs. and manage other physical demands of the job.
