    Job Title: Business Development Manager

    Position Summary

    The Business Development Manager (BDM) role at Rion Aesthetics involves driving sales in a designated geographic area, targeting Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and Medical Spas. The ideal candidate should possess a successful sales track record, expertise in new business development, and proficiency in clinical selling and product education within the aesthetic industry. Collaboration with the sales team and management is key to align with the company's objectives.

    Essential Functions

    • Promote and sell products to customers in the assigned territory.
    • Implement strategies to boost sales for specific products.
    • Conduct training programs for physicians and staff.
    • Organize events to drive sales and brand awareness.
    • Build strong relationships with customers and provide top-notch service.
    • Execute marketing strategies effectively.
    • Maintain communication with colleagues and customers.
    • Plan territory routes based on business priorities.
    • Manage territory budget in line with company policies.
    • Participate in sales meetings and business functions.

    Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Must have a degree from a 4-year university.
    • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in skin care, medical devices, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
    • Proven history of exceeding sales targets.
    • Demonstrated business acumen and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in goal setting, time management, and communication.
    • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced sales environment.
    • Experience with video conferencing and Microsoft Teams.
    • Willingness to travel, hold a valid driver's license, and lift up to 50 lbs.

    Requirements

    While performing the job, the employee may engage in various activities such as standing, walking, sitting, and more. Candidates should also be prepared for some overnight travel and adapt to moderate noise levels.
