    Director International Sales

    About the Company:

    Sassy Baby, Inc. is a subsidiary of CrownCrafts, Inc. (CRWS on NASDAQ). Through the brands Sassy and Manhattan Toy the company markets Developmental Toys for children newborn through age 3 years. The brands are available in over 5o countries around the globe.

    About the position:

    The Director International Sales will be responsible for profitable sales and distribution growth of the companys brands outside the United States. This leader will work with direct buying customers and Distributors in over 30 markets around the globe.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieving Sales and Distribution growth targets in all assigned accounts.
    • To demonstrate product expertise and the ability to clearly communicate that knowledge and company brand positions to Distributors and direct buying customers in multiple markets.
    • Customer relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with Distributors and Key Direct Buying Accounts, through recognizing their growth agendas and leveraging our marketing and innovative product development to assist in their growth.
    • Sales performance analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to executive leadership. Implement strategies to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
    • Business Growth: Identify, evaluate, and pursue growth opportunities in existing and new markets through current and new customers.
    • Work closely with internal teams in Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric profitable experience for all stakeholders.
    • Plan and/or participate in multiple international industry trade shows.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree is required.
    • Over eight years of sales or marketing experience, demonstrating achievement and career advancement throughout.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Demonstrated effectiveness in achieving sales plans through distributors and/or direct accounts.
    • Available to travel internationally as needed. Expected travel is a minimum of two weeks per quarter.

    Base Salary Range:

    $90,000 to $120,000

    Additional Compensation:

    Reports to: Vice President International Sales

    Location: Grand Rapids, Michigan
