- Issues purchase orders in accounting system
- Performs vendor setups and communication
- Enters invoices
- Maintains electronic receipts and accounting files
- Performs general office and accounting data entry
- Assists the Accounting & HR Specialist with reviewing employee expense and mileage reports for proper receipts and documentation as needed
- Answers phones, screening and directing calls and messages
- Provides hospitality to visitors and guests
- Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
- Provides general office support and organization

We are currently seeking an Accounting & Office Coordinator, who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it This role serves as the primary resource for front desk coverage and data entry for the Accounting department.
This role:
We are seeking someone with a GED/HS Diploma, office/administrative and accounting experience.
If you have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & Teams), attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication, we are eager to change the world with you
Due to the nature of our contracts, only US Persons are eligible for this position.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.68-$26.43, depending upon qualifications.
Due to the nature of our contracts, only US Persons are eligible for this position.
This is a full-time position, expected to work 40 hours Monday-Friday (Day Shift) at our office, located at 13536 Beacon Coal Mine Rd S, Seattle, WA After initial onboarding, there may be the opportunity to work remotely two days per week (Monday & Thursday).
