Job Description
We are **seeking** a motivated Insurance **Account Representative** to **join** our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients, servicing new and existing policies, providing excellent **customer service**, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- **Sell** various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- **Work** leads and establish relationships with potential clients
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to clients
- Maintain records of insurance policies issued and provide necessary reports to management
Experience:
- Experience in insurance sales or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- **Ability** to analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable products
*Must be already licensed or willing to get Michigan Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License within the first 90 days
**Compensation** and Benefits:
-Hourly wage. Starting wage based on experience and if already licensed. Pay increase upon getting licensed
-Bonus at 90 days employment and additional bonuses based on production
