- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances for members in person, via phone, and through mail.
- Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
- Perform member services functions such as opening and closing suffixes, renewing term deposits, and addressing account inquiries.
- Actively cross-sell Credit Union services to members.
- Perform clerical and receptionist functions as assigned.
- Assist other Member Service Representatives with duties as needed.
- Serve members promptly and professionally, helping them achieve financial success by promoting products and services.
- Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: No experience necessary; abilities generally acquired on the job in 12 months.
- Skills/Abilities:
- Good communication skills.
- Time management.
- Ability to operate computer applications and other business equipment.
