Hagen or Bochum in
full-time.


What to expect:


  • Preparation of payroll
  • Processing of new hires and terminations
  • Correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance providers, and authorities, as well as creating certificates, are part of your daily tasks
  • Recording and maintenance of the electronic time tracking system
  • Processing of personnel master data

What you bring:


  • Completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk, and ideally further training as a personnel specialist or payroll accountant
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources and experience in payroll
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of German

What we offer you:
