What this job involves

  • The Facility Ambassador will provide support to their dedicated floor(s), occupants, and FM team with operational activities in maintenance and operations, visitors, meetings & events, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, occupancy services and proactively develop and maintain client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.
What is your day to day?

Serve as the initial point of contact for all Client employee inquiries, issues, ticket management, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care of client floors and comfort of employees and guests.

Act as a primary floor contact
Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of the site to ensure office is clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with the Clients' goals and objectives
Comply with all requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators
Assists with creating, dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors or other services providers, following up on any outstanding issues
Supports the Facility Management and Maintenance team with on-going facility and team related responsibilities, including, but not limited to: Assist with budgetary requests, financial analysis and reporting and purchasing
Provides support for guests, visitors and employees on their dedicated floors
Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas.
Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.

Desired experience and technical skills


Required:

1-3 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility / property management, operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferred
Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment


Preferred:

Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally
Excellent organizational skills and process management
