Your Responsibilities:


  • You will lead the project management department and oversee all projects in the renewable energy sector.
  • You will develop and implement project management strategies and processes at the department level.
  • You will ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards in all projects.
  • You will work with other department heads and the management team to achieve company goals.
  • You will promote a culture of continuous improvement within the department.

Your Profile:


  • You have a degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • You have several years of experience in project management, ideally in the renewable energy sector, with leadership experience being advantageous.
  • You possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent problemsolving abilities.
  • You are familiar with project management software and tools.
  • You are a strong leader and can work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • You are willing to travel nationwide for business purposes.
