On behalf of a care facility, we are looking for a Deputy Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d) for direct placement as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Professional and organizational management of the nursing department
  • Ensuring a high quality of care and support for residents
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the field of nursing
  • Ensuring staff deployment, compensation for (illnessrelated or similar) absences
  • Responsibility for the implementation of the nursing process as a field of responsibility for the deputy nursing service manager

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d)
  • A managementrelated further education of at least 460 hours according to 80 SGB XI
  • Several years of experience in managing care facilities and leading teams desirable
  • Knowledge of quality management as well as dealing with the legal framework in nursing
  • Good IT skills
