Since its founding in 2020, MySpa has successfully opened its first locations and to continue our success story, the next MySpa's are ready to launch.

At our MySpa's, we offer a unique wellness experience in complete privacy. In our so-called Wellzones, we have everything you need to relax and unwind.

To ensure the well-being and wellness experience of our guests, we are looking for reinforcements for our team in Munich in the service and reception area.

Responsibilities:

You will:

Personally attend to our guests throughout their entire stay: from checkin to accompanying them to the Wellzone and checkout
Prepare and serve food and drinks (no cooking or similar) and serve them to the Wellzones through a passthrough
Prepare and maintain cleanliness in the Wellzones
Prepare bathrobes and towels
Provide serviceoriented care to our visitors and ensure the satisfaction and wellbeing of all visitors
Coordinate preparation work and take joint responsibility for a smooth organizational and work flow

Qualifications:

You are:

Flexible with your time and willing to work on weekends or holidays, as our spa runs 365 days a year
An organizational talent who enjoys working in a team
Punctual, reliable, flexible, and hardworking
Guest and serviceoriented, preferably with previous experience in the service industry
Someone for whom cleanliness and hygiene are a given
Interested in wellness and spa topics
