- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on system functionalities.
- Proven experience as a Systems Support Manager in the logistics industry.

- Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000/year
