    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a proactive and determined individual who excels in prospecting, hunting, and cold calling to find and develop their own leads. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of reaching C-level executives and closing high-value deals. Our primary focus is on industry associations, where you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge consulting services in digital and mail marketing to influence public opinion. This position offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions, rewarding successful sales strategies and high performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of strategies to prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients within industry associations.
    • Outreach: Conduct cold calls and outreach efforts to establish contact with C-level executives and decision-makers.
    • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to highlight the value and benefits of our digital and mail marketing consultancy services.
    • Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative sales approach to understand the unique needs of each potential client and propose customized solutions.
    • Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate and close high-dollar contracts, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability for the company.
    • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Client Management: Work with production teams to ensure all client deliverables are achieved and client expectations are exceeded.
    • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the company.
    • Coach-ability: Accepts responsibility and is committed to personal and professional growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role, with a strong background in prospecting, cold-calling, and lead generation.
    • Demonstrated ability to reach and engage C-level executives and close high-value deals.
    • Experience driving the sales pipeline, including qualifying, preparing, and closing client proposals and achieving revenue goals.
    • Knowledgeable about digital and mail marketing strategies and their application in influencing public opinion.
    • Comfortable with closing deals of $5M-$10M per year in revenue.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
