    Job Description

    The Account Executive plays a crucial role in achieving the quarterly and annual sales targets by securing new client appointments and actively building a strong sales pipeline through continuous prospecting for potential customers. This position involves gathering client intelligence before the initial appointment, tailoring a client-centered program to address their needs, and ensuring high close rates by negotiating pricing, product options, and demo coordination.

    What We Offer:

    • Base Salary: $55,000
    • Full Benefits
    • Uncapped Monthly Commission: On target earnings range from $100,000 to $120,000 annually
    • Monthly Car Allowance: $500 plus Mileage Reimbursement

    Job Responsibilities

    • Exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets by creating a growth plan specific to the territory
    • Meet or exceed prospecting activity goals set by Sales Management
    • Secure client appointments using targeted telemarketing, drop-offs, and cold calling
    • Regularly update the sales software database as per Sales Management directives
    • Conduct client research, customize sales materials, and utilize available resources before client meetings
    • Close business deals with prospective clients
    • Follow up with clients to finalize sales processes
    • Ensure timely delivery of client project milestones through effective coordination

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 3+ years in outside sales focusing on new account acquisition
    • Proven track record in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned territory
    • Strong presentation and communication skills with a consultative sales approach
    • Ability to influence decision-makers across all organizational levels
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
    • Valid driver's license
