    **U.S. Sales Manager (m/f/x)**

    Were looking for a confident sales associate that enjoys teamwork with a get-things-done attitude and a passion for smashing huge revenue targets to join our new Miami office as one of the first team members.

    This position is based in Miami, Florida but will require the ideal candidate to start with a period of 3 months to Berlin, for the onboarding.

    **Tasks**

    Be part of the new Miami sales team and work closely with a motivated team that enjoys teamwork, smashing huge revenue targets and providing an unparalleled level of service

    Assist our clients by turning their boat holiday request into a booking

    Build long-lasting relationships with our wide range of clients from across the globe

    Channel feedback from your customers back to the product team to influence our product development

    Proactively improve processes for you and your team

    **Requirements**

    You love a good challenge, you are competitive and are motivated by high targets and generating revenue, with a previous experience in sales

    You enjoy being on the phone and you convince others with your open, compassionate manner

    You love closing a deal

    You find pride and joy in your work and like making your customers happy

    You are self-confident, self-determined and extremely proactive

    You are a great listener and have great communication skills

    You enjoy working in a team

    Fluent English speaking and writing (Spanish is a plus)

    You have a US Nationality
