- Oversee shipping and receiving operations
- Provide leadership, guidance and direction to Shipping and Receiving team members
- Communicate with team members in English and Spanish
- Administer shipping schedules
- Allocate labor according to business needs
- Utilize the ERP/WMS System
- Supervise picking, packing, labeling and staging processes
- Supervise loading and unloading activities at the loading dock
- Perform routine and spot quality checks
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Initiate corrective action(s) as necessary
- Train and onboard new team members
- Serve as a resource for new and existing team members
- Uphold safety, compliance and quality standards
- Ensure the warehouse remains neat and orderly
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Fluency in Spanish
- Shipping and Receiving experience
- Shipping and Receiving Supervisor experience
- Experience with ANY TYPE of ERP and/or WMS system
- Forklift experience
