Small Electronics Repair Company in Hanover Park, IL is looking for part time General Office/Customer Service Representative with Shipping/Receiving responsibilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (business writing); including phone etiquette.
• Good interpersonal skills
• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience in an office or store setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detailoriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a calm and efficient manner; sometimes in a hectic atmosphere.
• Able to work independently and proactively while being solutionoriented.
• Organized with exemplary follow through skills and sense of urgency
• Must have a pleasant, positive attitude and a willingness to work.
• Adhere to schedule, including regular and punctual attendance at work
• Perform shipping and receiving duties as assigned (includes packing and unpacking equipment received for repair).
• Position requires lifting electronic equipment (projectors) around 30lb.

• High School education required; 2 year college degree preferred
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good problem solving and followup skills
• Good listening, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong data entry skills.
• Ability to maintain positive attitude
