GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Monday - Friday (8:00am-4:00pm)

FOCUS

Responsibilities

Manage packaging, shipping, and receiving of all millwork, decor, and fixtures to new and existing shops.
Manage warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
Purchase warehouse and office supplies, inventory items and related materials.
Deliver products to local and Midwest shops.
General maintenance of warehouse, office, and grounds.
Manage stock levels and reconcile with inventory control software.
Prepare pick orders and close out invoices once products have shipped.
Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work.
Inspect warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary.
Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS

Must have the ability/stamina to work hours a week.
Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate, and key in data.
Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
Ability to stand/walk for 910 hours per day and sit for 12 hours per day.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to engage in problemsolving skills to help identify and solve potential issues.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND BEHAVIORS

Must represent The Potbelly Way.
Selfstarter who can work well with others as well as independently.
Must be extremely neat and organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
58 years of warehouse management experience preferred.
Experience operating a forklift.
State drivers license with satisfactory DMV driving record.
Proficient with computers.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to interact with all levels of a company.
Associates degree or higher preferred.
