The Theater Lüneburg GmbH is currently seeking a Human Resources and General Administration Assistant (d/m/w) to join our team in Neenah, WI.

This is a part-time, permanent position with 25 hours per week.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Advising and supporting management, supervisors, and employees on all HR and labor law matters
  • Managing and organizing onboarding and offboarding processes, including communication with the works council
  • Processing payments for irregular artistic personnel (guest artists, extras, extra choir)
  • Drafting contracts (permanent and guest employees)
  • Assisting with company health and integration management
  • Covering for payroll in case of illness
  • Managing, drafting, and processing contracts for guest performances and shows
  • Other general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration and/or Law, completed training with relevant further education in HR, or equivalent qualifications
  • Several years of experience in HR, preferably in the public sector
  • Knowledge of labor, social security, supplementary pension, and collective bargaining law (e.g. TV-L, NV-Bühne desirable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with payroll systems
