Responsibilities, Competencies, and Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and monitoring disruptions in factory and building operations in the automotive industry
  • Recording all incidents in a ticket system
  • Creating and assigning trouble reports via ticket to the correct/identified specialist team
  • Processing feedback from specialist teams in the ticket system

- 3-shift operation

  • 24 hours
  • 365 days ("around the clock")
  • Working from home is possible on weekends, at night, and by arrangement
