Responsibilities, Competencies, and Responsibilities
- Answering calls and monitoring disruptions in factory and building operations in the automotive industry
- Recording all incidents in a ticket system
- Creating and assigning trouble reports via ticket to the correct/identified specialist team
- Processing feedback from specialist teams in the ticket system
_Your working hours:
_ - 3-shift operation
- 24 hours
- 365 days ("around the clock")
- Working from home is possible on weekends, at night, and by arrangement
