We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week) employee to join us as a maternity leave replacement for 1 to 2 years, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing:

Managing financial accounting, including payment transactions
Payroll and salary accounting, as well as maintaining personnel records
Reporting and certification within the scope of accounting
Preparing business evaluations and supporting the preparation of annual financial statements and VAT returns
Creating interim reports and statistics
Competent contact for questions regarding income tax and social security law

Qualifications

Here's who you are:

Successfully completed commercial training and possibly additional qualifications or training as a tax clerk/accountant
Solid experience in financial and payroll accounting
Good software skills (accounting software, preferably DATEV, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers
Excellent German language skills and an independent, structured
