We are currently seeking a
Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d) for our senior home, Haus Sebastian, in Illertissen.

Your responsibilities:

Planning, coordinating, and implementing all necessary measures in the housekeeping department to ensure smooth operation of our facility
Receiving and addressing complaints and taking necessary actions to restore customer satisfaction
Promoting the quality of life for residents through housekeeping services
Organizing and coordinating staff schedules and vacations in the housekeeping departments
Contributing to maintaining and ensuring high quality standards

Your profile:

Successfully completed training as a housekeeper (m/f/d), preferably with a master's degree, or equivalent experience
Ability to make decisions and collaborate, as well as motivate, support, and lead employees
Team and organizational skills
Reliability, commitment, and resilience
Positive attitude
