    IntraHealth Group, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to improving patient care in the Southeast, seeks a strategic and results-oriented Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to join our executive team in Atlanta, GA.

    About the Role

    As the Chief Administrative Officer, you will be a vital member of our leadership team, providing comprehensive oversight and strategic direction to the administrative departments, including human resources, credentialling, information technology, physical therapy, MRI and facilities. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and financial health of the organization, fostering a positive work environment, and driving continuous improvement across all departments.

    In addition to the core responsibilities outlined above, you will also provide:

    • IT Oversight: Guide the development and implementation of the organization's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Manage IT resources effectively and provide strong oversight of IT projects.
    • Project Management Expertise: Utilize your project management skills to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver projects on time and within budget across all administrative departments.

    As the CAO you will provide:

    • Vision and Direction: The CAO sets the overall direction for assigned departments, ensuring they align with the organization's goals.
    • Leadership: The CAO motivates and inspires their teams, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
    • Oversight: The CAO oversees all administrative functions, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
    Requirements:
    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior administrative leadership role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
    • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans for administrative functions.
    • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Demonstrated expertise in human resources management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build a high-performing team.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with relevant administrative software systems.
