    Seeking to hire Full Desk Recruiters in the fields of IT, Engineering, Finance, Professional and Executive Search. The successful candidates will are required to bring some of their own accounts/relationships, working a full-desk. We believe if you are a great recruiter, people will follow you SKILTREK is a leading provider in supporting fortune 500 companies with their IT and Finance staffing and solutions needs. We are an ideal match for top-producers looking to make more money, while gaining more flexibility with their daily schedules.

    Position:Full-Desk Recruiter/Sales

    Duration:Full-time (Base + commissions) OR Commission only.

    Location:Remote (Work From Home)

    Rate:Salary + Industry Leading Commissions + Bonuses

    Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting desk, generating client business through your own leads, negotiating fee agreements, presenting resumes, negotiating rates, scheduling interviews, working directly with the clients and consultants.

    Required Skills

    • Current/Prior experience in Recruiting and working directly with end clients, enjoys working both sides of the desk
    • Experience working with Applicant Tracking/Sales Systems
    • Experience creating basic Excel spreadsheets and Word docs.
    • Experience using sourcing tools, such as Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIN
    • Must have excellent written and presentation skills
    • Must have a book of business to develop and grow new business
    • Setup to work from your home office
    • College Degree (desired)
    • We are willing to consider other Industry verticals as well if you have a current book of business.

    Mandatory Requirements for Remote Workers Home Office:

    • Fast internet connection (20MB+)
    • Physical ethernet connection availability
    • Windows PC/laptop with minimum 8GB Ram
    • Headset for VOIP service that will be provided.
    • Good cell phone signal in home office
    • Quiet home office with no distractions
