    Employee Benefits Advisor

    Leavitt Group is looking for a motivated B2B outside sales professional in the Santa Barbara and Ventura area. If you are confident in your consultative sales abilities, get excited by uncapped earning potential, and want to be in a stable industry, this opportunity may be for you.

    As an Employee Benefits Advisor you will create relationships with small to mid-sized companies. A consultative approach is used with prospects to uncover needs and provide employee benefits solutions. You will specialize in the group employee benefits segment of our business, and actively develop and maintain a pipeline of new and potential clients as well as source referrals for new business opportunities for the local agency, BB&H Benefit Designs.
