    With over 50 years of combined experience, American Comfort Heating and Cooling is a reputable name in heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality in Winder, GA, and the Greater Atlanta Metro Area. Summers here in Georgia is notorious for being extremely hot and humid while our winters get surprisingly chilly, too. So, not only do you need a great HVAC system, you need a dependable team to perform all your installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services.

    Pay

    • $20.00-$30.00/hour based on experience and skill

    Responsibilities

    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Organize and schedule appointments
    • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
    • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Develop and maintain a filing system
    • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
    • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
    • Maintain contact lists
    • Book travel arrangements
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports
    • Provide general support to visitors
    • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

    Job requirements

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred, with knowledge of basic accounting principles.
    • Previous experience in an administrative role for 1-2 years, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to learn new software systems quickly
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain organized records and documentation
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
