Job Description

We are currently seeking our next Director of Marketing You will be responsible for helping support sales growth through maintaining and continuing to build brand recognition in our local market. This position will have a requirement of working in the operations of the restaurant at least 15 hours per week. You will also be in charge of handling general administrative duties for the restaurant.

Managing our social media. You will be responsible for all our company accounts and creating posts which increase customer engagement with Chick-fil-A Eagan.
Understanding and handling company-wide seasonal marketing programs for our store. You will be responsible for setting up promotional materials and keeping our franchise up to date with all national and local marketing campaigns.
Handling customer comments and complaints in a timely manner with a high level of hospitality and customer service.
Working with the Director Team to assist with catering orders, events, job fairs, etc.

We will know the Marketing Director is successful upon attaining the following:

Strong and growing brand/reputation in the community.
Marketing costs (food and expenses) are within established budget.
Building meaningful relationships with other members of our team.
