- Build long-term partnerships across the organization by serving as a primary point of contact for B2B HIT marketing communications. Work with marketing, sales, and SME leaders to ideate, plan, develop, and collaboratively produce effective marketing communications content.
- Lead the production, editing, review, approval, and publishing for a wide variety of provocative, engaging B2B HIT marcomm content intended to attract and drive inbound traffic, including but not limited to advertisements, articles, blogs, brochures, case studies, corporate communications, direct mail, ebooks, emails, fact sheets, flyers, infographics, landing pages, pagers, personalized emails, podcast scripts, press releases, reports, social media posts, standees, talking points, trade show displays, video scripts, web pages, white papers, and more.
- Ensure marcomm content and narrative quality, accuracy, and audience focus. Research topics to support claims and assertions with citations to third-party sources. Resolve legal, marketing, SME, and other editorial comments, tracked changes, and reviewer's inputs on content revisions during the review process.
- Manage day-to-day copy flow for a busy marcomm operation, in collaboration with product marketing, project manager(s), and other members of the marketing team. Track and report on content production pipeline, statuses, and measures. Ensure 80% or greater quarterly roadmap completion. Oversee daily execution of marcom plans, evaluate performance metrics, and use analytics to optimize marketing efforts for maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Provide strategic counsel to colleagues on marketing communications activities, working closely with team members to develop comprehensive marketing plans. Collaborate with the VP of Content Marketing and the Senior Director of Marketing on marketing-related business development for existing and prospective clients.

- 7+ years experience in product marketing at a B2B software company; healthtech or AI experience a huge plus

- You excel in an interdisciplinary environment, and in rallying different teams around a shared goal
- You can write for multiple audiences, including technical content

About the Role
As a Senior Director of Product Marketing at Innovaccer, you will play an instrumental role in launching and promoting a suite of AI-enabled products that are transforming healthcare. Innovaccer is the trusted AI technology partner for leading healthcare organizations, enabling customers to automate time-intensive workflows, receive AI-powered guidance at the point of care, and get executive-level visibility into quality and performance across their network.
In this role, you will translate complex product and AI solutions into a concise story for multiple audiences, spanning health systems, payers, life sciences, and government organizations. You have experience working closely with product managers and sales teams, creating compelling content that demonstrates the value of our AI software and platform. You will develop messaging, positioning, and enablement resources that support demand generation, sales, and customer satisfaction and retention. You will partner with our Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to build awareness and understanding of our products.
This position reports to the SVP of Marketing.
