    Avenue One is a service platform and marketplace that enables investors to access single-family rental residential assets by connecting an ecosystem of local partners to institutional capital.

    We are in the business of partnerships—finding, vetting, and empowering local experts nationwide to broker, find, buy, renovate, lease, manage, and sell properties on behalf of our clients.

    We coordinate the efforts of our partners through a proprietary technology stack.

    This system takes in huge amounts of data at national and local levels, which, combined with information about each individual property, gives us and our partners a competitive advantage in pricing, speed, and scale.

    Hybrid (expectation will be a minimum of 3-4 days in the office per week)

    Experience / Qualifications

    Strong communication, organization, time-management, and recordkeeping skills

    Ability to direct individuals and stakeholders in a dynamic environment, including the ability to engage diverse teams, implement change, and communicate effectively

    High ethical and professional standards, discreet and trustworthy with confidential information

    Proficient with team applications and tools, such as Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Microsoft Office, Slack, , Lucid, Adobe Pro, DocuSign, Jira, Confluence, and others

    Service-oriented and team-first mindset – being a supportive, collaborative, and accountable teammate

    Experience with administrative support, project management, calendar coordination, and planning

    Confident multi-tasking, prioritizing, balancing deadlines, and maintaining up-to-date tracking

    Job Description


    Serve as the confidential coordinator for the Management Team, providing assistance on projects and strategy, and the implementation of critical company-wide priorities and initiatives.

    Serve as the key touchpoint for Management Team and other stakeholders within Avenue One.


    Support development, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and ensure that the Management Team is equipped to measure performance by Business Unit and Team.

    Calendar management, scheduling, and managing agendas for Management Team meetings

    Taking meeting minutes, tracking deliverables, and monitoring progress and deadlines

    Aggregating, compiling, preparing, and proofreading materials for meetings and reports

    Holding Management Team and other team members accountable for deadlines and deliverables

    Coordinating agenda items and materials for quarterly Town Halls and monthly all-company meetings

    Other related administrative and organizational tasks for Management Team members

    Salary Range

    The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $100,000 to $125,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
