Summary:

Lawn Enforcement Agency is seeking a self-motivated Sales & Marketing Manager for our Florida based commercial landscape and construction business. This exciting role entails successful strategy, management, and administration of all functions related to sales and marketing. The experienced Sales & Marketing Manager will serve as a company representative on outward facing relationships, while internally driving performance and simultaneously enhancing procedures, systems, and reporting. It is essential for the Sales & Marketing Manager to carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies, as well as accomplish established department goals. This leadership position requires a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing growth.

As our Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be expected to:

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Sales and Marketing team

• Support, contribute, and comply with the company's operating system (EOS)

• Work well in a team environment as part of our Leadership team

• Apply a high level of critical thinking and logical analysis

• Always keep the highest ethical standards

• Work well under pressure and meet all deadlines

• Demonstrate good organizational and time management skills

• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrate an effective use of technology tools, including CRM

To achieve top-level success, you will need to:

• Understand company objectives, and conduct market research to evaluate opportunities, identify potential partners, set pricing, develop pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts

• Contact potential clients, inform them of company products and services, and solicit new business

• Analyze financial information and industry trends to determine financial needs, and recommend appropriate loan packages, products, and services

• Maintain and grow the company's sales pipeline, forecast sales out, time sales to close, and forecast revenue

• Develop and manage the company's marketing programs, including implementing marketing plans and budgets

• Develop sales action plans for new and existing clients based on market needs and business objectives

• Develop and execute marketing and sales plans and strategies, including creating and updating marketing and sales plans, setting marketing budgets, monitoring performance, and developing and designing marketing materials for web and print

Essential duties and responsibilities you'll need to fulfill:

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Sales and Marketing resources

• Collaborate with other managers and key employees in sales and marketing department to achieve important goals

• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation

• Develop and implement effective and profitable sales strategies

• Sell and manage major customer accounts

• Track sales and marketing activities and reports

• Maintain client database, including an active prospect list

• Promote and sell company's products and services

• Participate as member of the Leadership Team on business strategy

• Develop, implement, and maintain sales and marketing plans and policies

• Develop and regularly review sales and marketing budgets

• Develop and enforce effective sales and marketing processes

• Manage the CRM system to ensure activity execution, sales achievement

• Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills to meet all deadlines, execute management duties, and develop innovative approaches

• Embody company culture and promote professional sales employee engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

• Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills

• Expert knowledge of the landscape industry fields of construction and maintenance

• 5+ years' proven experience as a sales and marketing manager in the landscape industry

• Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing

• Willing to work onsite daily in Gainesville, FL

• Travel weekly to Ocala, FL and Ormond Beach, FL branch locations and markets
