    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple store locations, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets, maintain operational efficiency, and provide exceptional customer service. As a District Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving overall success and profitability. Most importantly, your leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to operational excellence will be instrumental in achieving business goals and elevating our neighborhoods one step at a time.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Drive sales and maintain operational excellence across assigned stores.

    · Cultivate an inclusive work environment that values diversity and fosters growth.

    • Develop team members and recruit top talent.
    • Maximize promotions and resources while ensuring profitability.
    • Address employee relations issues and advise Store Managers on performance and talent management.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
    • Motivate store managers and team to exceed sales goals.

    · Partner with corporate cross functional teams to identify solutions for efficiency and improvements

    • Use data to identify opportunities for improvement in various aspects of store operations.
    • Coach Store Managers to improve execution of standards.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent within the district.
    • Monitor and manage district payroll budget.
    • Develop and maintain close partnerships with the Asset Protection to prioritize safety standards
    • Foster teamwork and maintain open lines of communication within the district.
    • Celebrate success and sustain enthusiasm through recognition programs.

    QUALIFICATION/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    · Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

    · At least 3 years experience as a Retail Sales Manager

    · Proven ability to drive profits in multiple retail locations.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

    · Strong organizational, reasoning ability, and problem-solving skills.

    · Ability to communicate effectively

    · Willingness to travel to multiple locations and stand or walk for extended periods.
