- $18 to $22 an hour depending on experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, appointments, and completed tasks.
- Prepare and organize service-related documentation and reports.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the service department, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing information on services and addressing concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of service proposals, contracts, and invoices.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to support overall company objectives.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
