We're seeking a detail-oriented star to be our Will Call Maestro Your role will be customer-facing at the Will Call desk, where you'll ensure invoices are processed like clockwork, collect payments when needed, and provide outstanding support to our valued customers.

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 10pm-6:30am, Must be able to work weekends

    Payrate: $16hr with possible OT

    *Must wear steel toe boots*

    DAY TO DAY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES of the Warehouse Desk Agent:
    • Checking drivers in/out and making sure all documentation is signed
    • Answering phones, filing, copy etc
    • Customer-facing at the Will Call desk and handles the transactional side of the will-call process
    • Runs invoices, collects payment when necessary, and supports Customer Service
    SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS of the Warehouse Desk Agent
    • This position ensures professional, accurate and timely processing of will call orders.

    • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
