    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior International Tax Manager to join our fast-paced finance team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area and to deliver quality tax services that will increase our companys reputation. You will serve as a business advisor to our clients aiming at maximizing engagement and achieving qualitative outcomes. This role is ideal for a candidate who is not only experienced and knowledgeable in tax law and compliance but also possesses strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

    Job Details

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage and coordinate tax audits and tax planning for international operations with the goal of optimizing the companys consolidated tax position.
    • Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and international tax matters.
    • Continually assess ongoing company business practices to ensure best practice, compliance, and efficiency.
    • Conduct complex tax research and prepare tax memorandums dealing with a variety of international tax matters.
    • Develop and mentor members of the tax team to help meet departmental goals and prepare them for the next steps in their career paths.
    • Manage all aspects of international tax reporting, foreign tax audits, and the implementation of international tax software.
    • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of international business operations and issues, including the tax laws of the jurisdictions in which the company operates.
    • Work closely with accounting staff on corporate tax matters and issues, providing expert guidance and direction.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. A Master's degree in Taxation or Law is highly desirable.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or corporate/public blend, international tax experience is a must.
    • Comprehensive understanding of tax law/domestic tax law and international tax provisions.
    • Proficient in tax compliance, corporate tax issues, and tax planning.
    • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting set deadlines.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with tax software and research services is a plus.
    • Ability to effectively manage relationships with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong project management and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to travel as required.
