    Job Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and strategy for the company.

    This role will involve working closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns, as well as identifying opportunities for tax savings and risk mitigation.

    Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns
    Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance
    Research and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax savings
    Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors to support tax audits and resolve any tax-related issues
    Provide guidance and support to internal teams on tax-related matters, including M&A transactions, transfer pricing, and international tax planning
    Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company's tax position

    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred
    Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably in a corporate environment or public accounting firm
    Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
    Ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals
    Proven leadership and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
