- Provide end user support for all desktops, laptops and network related issues including printers, internet, emails, hardware, operating systems and other propriety software
- Be part of the global Help Desk team for Talgo Group located in Spain
- Support and follow up with the Talgo Group IT team on tickets opened
- Ensure that personal computers, laptops, desktop, telecommunication systems and network, are functioning properly and available for their intended users
- Troubleshoot, repair, install and upgrade operating systems and other proprietary software
- Assist in hardware and software deployment planning and execution
- Grant and maintain access to the network drives
- Support VPN
- Maintain Talgo Inc. Microsoft SharePoint page
- As needed, prepare reports for projects and tickets
- Deliver exceptional user support service
- Bring a wide degree of creativity and flexibility on finding solutions
- 2 – 3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Specialist in Windows based environment
- Proficient with Windows Server 2016/2019
- Proficient with Windows 7, 10 and workstation connectivity to servers, printers and internet
- Configuration CMDB tools.
- Active Directory, DHCP and DNS management
- LAN/WAN knowledge
- M365 administration
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to take and pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check, including MVR records

Talgo Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the team in Milwaukee, WI 2 - 4 years of experience to join our organization.
SUMMARY
Install, troubleshoot, and perform minor repair on laptop/desktop computing equipment. Also solve user's routine problems with network or applications software.

Work hours will usually be from 8am- 12:30pm, but may include evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary. Unforeseen situations may require after hours availability. Some travel may be required.
