- Lead from the Front: Proactively devise solutions and approaches with infectious energy and passion, ensuring necessary resources and expertise for team development.
- Stay Informed: Continuously monitor industry trends in marketing personalization, digital innovation, and machine learning to guide internal strategies.
- Data Navigation: Quickly understand and work with data in various forms to guide the development of ML models.
- Develop and Ship Models: Contribute to the development and deployment of models such as LTV, Churn Prediction, and Promo Recommendation Engine.
- Technical Insights: Apply deep technical insights for selecting and employing machine learning personalization algorithms.
- Must have strong technical experience utilizing Python, SQL, PySpark
- Experience building LTV models, churn prediction and recommendation models
- Experience leading team of 2+
- Any experience within the consumer space would be advantageous

Job Description
