    What You'll Do:
    • Create & Socialize Excellence: Develop and maintain robust processes, templates, and coaching practices for our Business Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
    • Elicit, Document & Prioritize: Employ various techniques (interviews, shadowing, data analysis, facilitating group meetings, creating wireframes/prototypes, etc.) to gather and document stakeholder requirements, ensuring alignment and prioritization to drive maximum value for our clients.
    • Identify & Solve: Proactively evaluate industry trends and organizational models, identifying opportunities for improvement and educating stakeholders on potential solutions.
    • Continuous Improvement: Lead by example, serving as a mentor and resource for your team while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance.
    What You Bring:
    • Experience: High School graduate with 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including at least 3 years in PBM. Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
    • Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Business Analyst terminology, techniques, and skills.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organization.
    • Problem-Solving: Curiosity, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
    • Adaptability: Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, coupled with a desire to adopt best practices from both to drive superior outcomes.
