Description

A client of Insight Global is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with more than $40 billion in annual system-wide sales and approximately 30,000 restaurants in over 100 countries is in need of an Accounts Payable specialist to assist with a accounting and bookkeeping tasks pertaining to accounts payable.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Primary point of contact with utility vendor: o Issues with electronic data interchange/ payment

o Issues with utility vendor not paying bills.

o manage month end accruals.

Primary point of contact with vendors

o Relationship management

o Payment communications

o De-escalations

Service Channel Admin (pays vendors)

o Work Order Management

o Invoice management

Admin Support Coupa / SAP systems

o PO management

o Invoice Management

o Payment reporting and reconciliation

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years' Accounts Payable experience
Professional, detail oriented
Comfortable in a high-volume environment
Strong customer service experience
Experience using a CRM or ERP system (preferred Coupa or SAP)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Degree in Accounting Associates or Bachelor's

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
