- Establish, execute, and oversee comprehensive safety programs and policies for a secure work setting.

- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
- Provide safety training to employees, including new hires and emergency drills.
- Work with teams to foster a safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate safety records and present reports to management.
- Act as the go-to person for safety queries, offering expert advice and assistance.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Safety Specialist role within heavy manufacturing.
- Ideal candidate has a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for training and influencing employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Certification such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is advantageous.
