    We are looking for an Administrative Specialist for a well-known Financial Services company based in Miami, FL. This position will involve managing documentation, handling accounts payable and expenses, and daily interaction with customers/clients and internal management.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Previous experience in administrative roles
    • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    • Effective verbal and written communication abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
    • Availability to work in an office environment from Monday to Friday
