- Manage Day-to-day transactional accounting to produce complete and accurate financial statements
- Manage day-to-day job costing allocation
- Understand source documents, inputting and filing source documents correctly
- Responsible for the accurate data entry of transactions into the accounting system
- Maintain filing system for all source documents
- Reconcile all balance sheet accounts monthly
- Allocate G&A expenses across time periods and operating divisions
- Review transactional data and continuously improve, fine-tune, and correct
- Create draft of financials with recommendations
- Review and process journal entries
