    The hiring range for this opportunity is $78,500 to $145,000 annually along with incentive opportunities and is commensurate with qualifications and experience, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.

    POSITION SUMMARY - Financial Analyst I, II or III (Flexible/Hybrid schedule could be an option)This position will be required to understand Bank financial performance, industry reporting standards and benchmarks, business line processes and drivers, and complex data and how to best analyze this data to represent information to stakeholders.

    The use of business intelligence tools and modern data mining solutions will be required to create interactive meaningful dashboards and summary reports to support decision making and provide additional insight and support for the Bank.

    This position will also assist in the maintenance of the Enterprise Performance Management application that combines and normalizes data from multiple disparate sources into the system of record for use in the enterprise reporting and analysis.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES - Financial Analyst I, II or IIIDevelop and deliver channel reporting and analysis to include financial reporting and dashboards, for the organization that tracks performance, based on but not limited to profitability and key performance indicators, and supports strategy development decisions.

    Drives the periodic planning and forecasting processes of the Bank, including the annual budget, through maintenance of planning department structure, development of drivers, and collaboration with line of business managers and key stakeholdersConducts detailed independent analysis across a broad range of financial, operational, and strategic considerations.

    Effectively and appropriately communicates information and analytical results to managers and senior management.

    Assist or lead the development and operation of models and tools for the enhancement of business decisions and enterprise-level business plan initiatives.

    Conducts analyses and drives profitability across multiple viewpoints as applicable to departmental, regional, business line, relationship manager, product, customer, and household.

    Work with channel leadership to develop and maintain metrics and value models aimed at evaluating execution of channel initiatives and success of channel strategy.

    Provide training and guidance on how best to leverage financial reporting and business intelligence tools.
    Ability to understand relational data structure and collaborate with non-technical staff to analyze needs and communicate system capabilities.

    Develop, prepare and deliver written and verbal analysis and other relevant documentation, including tables, graphs and dashboards, in an effort to communicate issues, insights, recommended actions and decision points for management and/or other key team members.

    Respond to requests from throughout the organization for non-routine analysis.

    OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Financial Analyst I, II or IIIAdvanced Excel, and other analytical software skills required to pair with high financial analysis acumen.

    Experience with complex SQL joins, groups, views and other relational database concepts.
    Superior analytical skills required.
    Experience with budgeting and planning application(s) and data model concepts within preferred.
    Microsoft Power BI, star schema, tabular data modeling experience a plus.
    Develops procedures, processes and routines that ensure efficiency and accuracy.
    Appropriately handles sensitive and confidential information.
    Comfortable interacting with multiple levels in the organization.
    Ability to act autonomously while being a team player.
    Flexible and adaptable to high paced work environment.
    Self-motivated and positive attitude are a must.

    OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Financial Analyst IIILeads the most complex projects requiring evaluation of multifaceted plans, data, and strategic considerations.

    Exercises a highly evolved level of financial acumen and judgement while coordinating efforts across a broad range of business partners.

    Provides projections, assesses project strengths and weaknesses, and conducts appropriate risk management and profitability analyses.
    May review and critique analyses of grade I and II analysts to improve their level of expertise.
    Independently structures, develops, and completes analyses on the most complex projects that highly impact the company's strategy and/or capabilities. Develops fully sustainablecontrol structures that transcend across both time and individuals.
    Expert in their field and recognized as such by their peer group and inside the Bank. May mentor, review, and critique workflow of lower/middle level analysts to develop their level of expertise.

    The employee is responsible for leading the most complex programs or functions within the scope of established goals and objectives.

    Judgement is exercised in leading practices and procedures and resolving work problems. The employee has broader responsibility for defining, planning, coordinating, and leading efforts across a cross-functional team. The employee does supervise and evaluate the work of other employees or manage a department. Work is reviewed on a results basis.

    Maintains a current understanding of Bank policies and procedures in compliance with all federal and state laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (SARs, CIP, OFAC), Information Security (GLBA), Identity Theft Red Flags, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, and any other applicable regulations that may be specific to your job duties.

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED - Financial Analyst I or IIBachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting, Economics, Finance, IT, Business Management or Math and a minimum of 7 years of related and progressive experience.

    Financial institution experience is strongly preferred and would be considered as a compensating factors in terms of total years of experience.

    CPA and/or MBA a plus.

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED - Financial Analyst IIIBachelor's degree in Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field, A minimum of - 7 years financial analysis experience is required.

    Proven ability to solve the most complicated problems, financial analyses, and valuations involving multifaceted business/data considerations and limited standardization.

    Financial institution experience is strongly preferred and would be considered as a compensating factors in terms of total years of experience.

    CPA and/or MBA a plus.
    SCOPE - Financial Analyst I, II or IIIResponsible for providing thorough financial analysis of assigned projects within designated area. Provides projections, assesses project strengths and weaknesses, and conducts appropriate risk management and profitability analyses.
    May provide support to any other member of the Finance department.
    COMPLEXITY - Financial Analyst I, II or IIIIndependently structures, develops and completes analyses in a sustainable, controlled environment. Work may be reviewed for content, format, controls and assumptions.

    QUALIFICATIONS - Financial Analyst I, II or IIIMust demonstrate understanding of financial analysis and valuation techniques with complex financial considerations.
