- Provide care to patients at the Addiction Medicine Clinic, Adult Addiction Services and St. Cloud Hospital - all entities of CentraCare health.
- Partial hospitalization - comprehensive, short-term treatment following inpatient mental health care or for patients who can function safely without an initial hospital admission. Participants return home at the end of each treatment day.

Job DescriptionCentraCare is seeking an Addiction Medicine Provider (MD, PA, NP) to utilize advanced assessments and physical examination skills to provide general physical/medical care and treatment to chemically dependent and co-occurring patients. Providers work closely with Physicians, Psychiatrists, Counselors, Psychologists, and experienced nursing staff in both a clinic and hospital setting.

Our Addiction Medicine Providers
• Consults at CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital
• Provides Outpatient Programs, Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) induction and maintenance, and chemical dependency evaluations.
• Therapies available to seniors, men, women, and adolescent populations
• Serves clients in the areas of Dual Diagnosis, Professional's Recovery, Relapse Prevention and Medication Assisted Treatment
Flexible FTE
Weekdays: 8am-4:30pm
Requirements:
• Eligibility for licensure in the state of Minnesota
• Psychiatrist with addiction training, Family Medicine provider with addiction training, or FNP
