    CentraCare is seeking an Addiction Medicine Provider (MD, PA, NP) to utilize advanced assessments and physical examination skills to provide general physical/medical care and treatment to chemically dependent and co-occurring patients.

    Providers work closely with Physicians, Psychiatrists, Counselors, Psychologists, and experienced nursing staff in both a clinic and hospital setting.

    Our Addiction Medicine Providers


    • Provide care, services and management to patients ranging from age 16 to adult
    • Support and implement patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate
    • Take part in medication assisted therapies
    • Provide care to patients at the Addiction Medicine Clinic, Adult Addiction Services and St. Cloud Hospital - all entities of CentraCare health.
    Our Addiction Medicine Department


    • Consults at CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital
    • Provides Outpatient Programs, Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) induction and maintenance, and chemical dependency evaluations.
    • Therapies available to seniors, men, women, and adolescent populations
    • Serves clients in the areas of Dual Diagnosis, Professional's Recovery, Relapse Prevention and Medication Assisted Treatment
    • Partial hospitalization - comprehensive, short-term treatment following inpatient mental health care or for patients who can function safely without an initial hospital admission. Participants return home at the end of each treatment day.
    • Outpatient programs and services - a variety of options and specialty care to prevent and treat many addiction issues.

    Schedule:
    Flexible FTE

    Weekdays: 8am-4:30pm


    Requirements:

    • Eligibility for licensure in the state of Minnesota
    • Psychiatrist with addiction training, Family Medicine provider with addiction training, or FNP
